I’m tired of being alone please help :/
Question:
My question is what are some ways to find a boyfriend? I am feeling alone all the time and really want someone. I have met a bunch of people on TrevorSpace but I don’t want an online relationship; I want a real one! So, I was wondering if you have any good ideas that can help me. I’m sure you get a lot of messages, but I just wanted to say thanks for reading my message and taking the time to respond to this. Thank you, you guys are the best!

Hello Jeff,
We hope this message reaches you in great health and even greater spirits!
Thank you so much for writing to us! We are here for you and c are about you. We’re glad that you have found a community on TrevorSpace but it is understandable that sometimes an online community may not help establish a relationship that is near you, one that might allow you to see your boyfriend more often in person.
There are many ways people find their significant others. The important thing to remember is to be open minded. Some people meet through common interests in activities or organizations such as Gay Straight alliances at school. Some are a part of youth programs, outreach, activism or even community service organizations. You might try to find local LGBT resources through our local resources page here: http://www.thetrevorproject.org/youth/local-resources
Dating is sometimes stressful and scary, but don’t forget the most important thing is that, when you do find someone, you are happy and comfortable with the people you meet and become friends with. We wish you luck in your search and hopefully you will find that special someone you are looking for, also please remember the Trevor Lifeline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 866-488-7386 if you would like to speak to someone about what you are experiencing.
Thanks for your question and good luck!
