ESPN has launched their #ESPNAlly program in support of the LGBT community.

Allies of ESPN EQUAL consist of employees who identify as heterosexual and have joined in a commitment to help foster a workplace where LGBT employees are accepted, included and supported. Allies believe that people should be treated equally and with dignity and respect. An ally is not someone with all the answers to LGBT issues; an ally is someone who is committed to learning and educating others to help create a work environment that is free of homophobia and heterosexism.
