Ever since I came out, I have only gone out with 3 people, but only 1 counted, and I have been getting really lonely lately and I think I need some guy attention. Do you have any good ideas on how to find gay or bi dudes in my area?

Three dates, already—with dudes—at 15?? You know, I’ve never been to Vincennes , IN , but I’m imagining that it isn’t a hotbed of “man-on-man” action! J To tell you the truth, I’m surprised you’ve already had three dates (even if only one counted)!

So, is there anything like a “Gay/Straight Al liance” at your school? If not, is there any chance that you could start one? Check out the Gay-Straight Al liance Network (www.gsanetwork.org). If you aren’t into being quite so political, you could always look into getting involved with your local theatre community! I realize it’s quite the cliché, but there are bound to be a fair number of gay and bi boys wanting to put on a show. J

Al l humor aside, Jordan , I think that probably your best bet is not to focus so much on getting “guy attention,” right now. Focus on getting involved in activities that interest and stimulate you (whether it’s theatre, sports, or something “in between”!). Involvement in these kinds of activities will automatically make you more attractive to others, and you might find that all kinds of people (including gay and bi guys) are lining up to get to know you.
