I am confused about what i am. I do like boys, but then i start to look at other girls. I know i am young but i cant controll my feelings. And im scared of what people think. Am i straight, bi, lesbian or curious? And if so what do i do? Please help me.

First, congratulations on being brave enough to write. It can be really hard to figure out answers to the questions you ask. No one but you can really know if you’re straight, bisexual, a lesbian, or just curious. It can take a lot of time and thought to understand issues about sexuality and identity. However, if it feels safe, you might want to talk about your feelings and concerns with a good friend, family member, or someone else that you can trust, like a guidance counselor at school. It’s important that you don’t feel alone when you’re trying to cope with these tough issues, and finding a support group for other kids and teenagers who are also questioning their sexuality might be also be helpful. You can always call the Trevor Helpline at 1-866-4-U-TREVOR. Our counselors are really supportive and can answer questions that you might have.
