TrevorLIVE presented by Wells Fargo is a signature semi-annual event of The Trevor Project, the nation’s leading provider of crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth. TrevorLIVE brings together top entertainers and corporate leaders to support Trevor’s life-saving, life-affirming work for LGBTQ youth in crisis.
5:00 pm: Registration, Silent Auction & Cocktail Reception Opens to All Guests
6:30 pm: Dinner is served!
7:30 pm: TrevorLIVE begins
8:00 pm: Silent Auction Closes
9:30 pm: Show concludes and Silent Auction Pick-up Begins (Immediately after the program ends)
10:00 pm After Party at The W Hotel Hollywood
10:30 pm: Silent Auction Pick-up Ends
No hard copy tickets are issued. All guests should proceed to the registration area and simply give their names to one of the registration volunteers. We recommend that guests arrive between 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM to have ample time to register and enjoy the reception and silent auction before dinner. Guests will be given an assigned table number at registration.

Dinner guests will enjoy a one-stop check-in process. You will be assigned both your table number and a silent auction bidder number upon registration. Volunteers will be circulating the cocktail reception wearing BID WITH ME t-shirts to assist in our Silent Auction.
Cocktail attire is encouraged; however a wide range of festive attire is appropriate.

Be A Table Captain at Trevor Live!
Table Captains help to make Trevor Live a truly amazing experience every year by inviting friends, colleagues and loved ones to share a fabulous evening together. Each Table Captain strives to fill a table of 10, but is not obligated to fill the entire table. Tables that are not filled by November 8th will have the remainder of their sits filled by individual ticket purchasers. Don’t worry, we’ll be sure to make it someone fun!
As a “thank you” for helping to support the event, Table Captains are listed in dinner advertisements, the TrevorLIVE website and program material at the event.
