TrevorLIVE | TREY: A Student Project Just One Note
Google+ Hangout: Daniel Radcliff | Google+ Hangout: Robbie Rogers

Just 15 years ago, The Trevor Project began with a film and started building connections with audiences all over the United States. Now, we're excited to use this unique medium to share some of our video highlights from fiscal year 2013.

TrevorLIVE Red Carpet Live Stream

Our first TrevorLIVE Red Carpet Live Stream (Dec. 2, 2012) reached 39,160 people from across the country. Hosted by WhatsTrending.com, co-hosts Shira Lazar and Tyler-Oakley asked celebrity guests questions from Trevor's supporters.

TREY: A Student Project

In Spring 2013, students at High Tech Middle School in San Diego created their own production company with the guidance of their teacher, Mr. Terronez. Together, the 6th, 7th, and 8th graders created Trey, a short film about not fitting in, learning to be yourself, accepting others, and getting help when you need it - all with puppet characters!

The class decided to feature The Trevor Project in their story and after working together with Trevor's staff, decided to highlight our newest program, TrevorText, as the resource Trey reaches out to for support. The students also had a chance to meet two of Trevor's founders, James Lecesne and Peggy Rajski, in a Google+ Hangout.

Talk to Me: Just One Note

During National Suicide Prevention Month in September, 2012 Trevor asked its supporters to post sticky notes with life-saving, life-affirming messages in creative places. We received amazing pictures of posts that let people know: "We've got your back!"

Google+ Hangout: Daniel Radcliff

On September 16, 2012 Daniel Radcliffe participated in a LIVE Google+ hangout with The Trevor Project in support of National Suicide Prevention Month. He was joined by Shira Lazar of WhatsTrending.com and three members of the Trevor Youth Advisory Council: Andii Viveros, Brandon White and Shontay Richardson.

Google+ Hangout: Robbie Rogers

Young people from around the country joined gay soccer player Robbie Rogers in a live Google+ Hangout on July 14, 2013. Trevor Youth Advisory Council members read questions posed by Trevor supporters while LZ Granderson of CNN and ESPN moderated.
