Our CARE and Ally Webinars are designed for service providers, educators, and other adults across the country.
Trevor Ally: The Trevor Ally Program seeks to provide a basic framework of understanding regarding lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer and questioning youth. This training is designed to create dialogue regarding what it means to be an ally for LGBTQ youth through informing participants about terminology used in the LGBTQ community, the process of “coming out” as an LGBTQ person and a discussion of the challenges faced by LGBTQ youth in their environment.
Connect Accept, Respond, Empower (CARE): These webinars will focus on how to reduce the risk for suicide, promote resiliency, and incorporate the best practices to create positive environments for all youth.
