Join Us At Pride In NYC!

BY: Trevor News
The Trevor Project float from Pride 2022

The NYC Pride March has a long legacy of celebration and activism, starting with the first Pride March in 1970 one year after the Stonewall Uprising. This year, The Trevor Project is returning to join the march and show our support for LGBTQ+ young people!

Supporters of The Trevor Project are invited to join us and cheer on the procession on Sunday, June 25. The parade begins at noon, from 25th Street and 5th Avenue.

Billy Porter, Yasmin Benoit, AC Dumlao, Hope Giselle and Randolfe “Randy” Wicker will head this year’s celebration, with Angelica Ross returning for a third year as co-host and featured performer of the broadcast special on ABC-7!

Alongside the parade will also be PrideFest, an annual street fair in Greenwich Village featuring food, activities, live performances, and more.

Even in the face of adversity, we show up for each other. We celebrate each other and lift each other up. LGBTQ+ young people need that loud-and-proud support. Join us in celebrating our vibrant and powerful community at NYC Pride!

Still, even as we work to support the LGBTQ young people who need us, there are some things that we can't necessarily provide, but that every person deserves like housing, food, safety and…

Join The Trevor Project For Our 52 Mile Pride Ride Challenge

For LGBTQ+ young people, having an affirming community makes all the difference. Community is wherever you feel connected — that’s when we’re strongest. That’s the power of us. Our Trevor community shows up for each other, even in the face of incredible challenges. That’s why we’re excited to invite you to join another virtual fundraising challenge this Pride — so we can continue to show up for LGBTQ+ young people. We’re asking our community to commit to logging 52 miles — however it feels best to move — all in effort of supporting our mission to end suicide among LGBTQ+…
