Part 1: In this introduction to our Mental Health Course series, we aim to share a broad understanding of mental health and suicide while also emphasizing the importance of normalizing discussions surrounding these topics despite social stigma.


Part 2: In this video, we focus on the importance of taking care of yourself regularly, strategies around how to do so, and supporting your friends in doing the same.


Part 3: In this video, we will learn about signs that someone may be struggling to cope with the challenges in their life and strategies for supporting them.


Part 4: In this video, we will discuss how to understand and communicate your feelings. Like self-care, doing this is critical to looking after your mental health.


Part 5: In this video, our focus will be on taking action and identifying resources in support of your mental health. You can also use the things we discuss today to help support someone in your life.


Part 6: As we conclude our Mental Health Course series, we will recap some of what we have learned about navigating many aspects of our mental health and those around us. We will also provide relevant resources for those in need of support.
