Bisexual

A term commonly used to describe an individual who is physically, romantically, emotionally, and/or spiritually attracted to more than one gender. While often mistaken as being attracted to “both” genders, bisexuality historically and presently refers to people who are attracted to people of more than one gender or regardless of gender. For some bisexual people, gender may play a role in their level of attraction, and feelings of attraction can fluctuate. Bisexual people need not have had equal sexual or romantic experience with multiple genders; in fact, they need not have had any sexual experience at all to identify as this.
