Packing

Wearing padding or a phallic object in the pants or underwear to give the appearance of a penis. This gives an outward physical appearance of a bulge and can also reduce feelings of gender dysphoria. There are different types of “packers” for different purposes. Most commonly there are soft packers and hard packers. It is important to consider what material will be best for your body (and potentially your partner’s) to avoid an allergic or other skin reaction and to talk to a medical professional regarding any questions or concerns you might have about safe packing.
